With more than ten years of experience working in database administration and web development I am strong in Dream Weaver, PHP and MySQL,  ASP.NET, C++, FoxPro and FrontPage. Clients of my current employer, local and regional public utilities and water districts now accept bill payments by phone after I managed the project and served as programmer of an Interactive Voice Response system. My supervisor at United Way of King County wrote, “The project was severely behind schedule when he came on board and Peter was able to hit the ground running and assist the team in meeting the deadline. We would not have been able to accomplish this task without his knowledge, skill, hard work and team spirit.” Vishaka Smith is obtaining new business from the website that I built for her. The Program Manager at Seattle's Environmental Protection Agency identified me as “one of the most productive workers I’ve had the privilege of supervising in over twenty-five years as a manager.” To learn more, please see my References
