With more than ten years of experience working in database
administration and web development I am strong in Dream Weaver, PHP and
MySQL, ASP.NET, C++, FoxPro and FrontPage. Clients of my current
employer, local and regional public utilities and water districts now accept bill payments by phone after I managed the
project and served as programmer of an Interactive Voice Response system. My supervisor at United Way of King County wrote, “The project

At Automatic
Funds Transfer Services, I was instrumental in selecting the
development platform and developed an interactive voice recognition system
using Voxeo Designer, VXML, PHP and Visual FoxPro 8. Other projects included
programming the export of XML into multiple tables, then importing into one
for utility bill printing. Another project was to process Lincoln Data
financial management files from a dozen clients in order to print and mail
approximately 15,000 IRS 1098's and 1099's along with payment coupon books
to their customers. Another was to create Internet account inquiry for
clients based on the same financial software. I created a number of
three-ring binders to document the IVR, AFTS's end-of-day financial
settlement routines for phone and web payments, utility bill printing, etc.
